I love this movie. it really shows the greatness of humanity. i love the humor too, matt damon's role is so good.
it makes me really interested in how space stuff works
the suspense, wow, unexpected outcome one after the other. this movie really did well in making the viewer question if mark/the operation will fail.
i'm giving this a 10 but as I write this note/review I realized I haven't found my favorite kind of film so I'll give this a 9, but this is 100% a 10 candidate
I read some reviews about this being unrealistic, and i have to agree, i feel like all the things they do can't be that simple, but at the same time, I know nothing about astronaut. they did compensate the unrealistic-ness by throwing in a lot of scenarios.
there are some movie cliches like shortening deadlines, genius scientist working alone (astrophysicist donald glover), that kind of stuff. well, i don't really mind, i enjoyed the movie
